Some people think that digital painting is actually made by a computer itself. Even nowadays. In fact, it is just another medium that is in richness of expression equal to oils.

All my digital paintings are fantastical landscapes but at the same time they are based on real experiences. I like being out there in the real world, traveling and experiencing new things every day. I make sketches, notes, photographs or videos to record my impressions while they are still fresh. Later, I upload all these materials into computer and bash them together in my trusted photoshop. I keep refining, often making dozens of different versions, until I get to the point that I have exactly what I was looking for. To me, the creative process is about following the same idea from start to finish without making any compromise.
