I thought I prepared well for the freezing weather. And as long as I was moving, so it was. But then I started painting and stopped for an hour. As long as I was focused on the painting, I felt ok. But then I finished painting and my attention returned to my toes and fingers. They were hurting so bad. (no frostbites in the end but close). The picture turned out to be exceptional though.  So the next day I did it again.
